Release Date: 12/03/13

Candace Kanie wins at every game she plays. From the boardroom to the bar, she’s confident, clever, perhaps just a tad overbearing. It’s not easy for a girl like Candace to admit that love may be the one game she can’t win…at least not until she’s willing to change her strategy. In Men and Martinis, Candace Kanie will learn that sometimes to be at the top of your game, you have to hit rock bottom.
Men and Martinis is the first release in Delancey Stewart’s series “Girlfriends of Gotham” – a voyeuristic voyage through the lives of a group of twenty-something girls who dance, date, and drink their way through Manhattan during the days of the dot com boom. During an era when the up-and-comers in New York were partying like Studio 54 had never died, this group of friends discovers that the city is theirs for the taking; and they find their often-hilarious way through the forces that work to redefine the way they know themselves and each other.

I'm not big on labels, but there are a few that fit me (not necessarily in this order. Or maybe in this order):- wine drinker (and wine geek)- mother of small boys- military spouse- writer- chocolate eater
I've written the Wine Country Romance Series, which ties my love of wine to my love of falling in love... and the Girlfriends of Gotham series, which begins publishing with Swoon Romance in December 2013.
I also love short stories, and my themed collection (all set in the same NYC brownstone across the span of a century) published in 2012.

YA Bound Book Blitz & Giveaway: If Only We (Jessica Sankiewicz)

If Only We
Release Date: 10/27/13

Summary from Goodreads:
They say all it takes is one wrong move and you lose the game. One false step and you’re trapped. One slip-up in your choice of words and you ruin a friendship forever. That is what they say. They say I lost.

I do not believe them.

At the end of the summer after graduation, Adrienne wonders what happened to cause her life to be in ruins. She isn’t getting along with her mom, her stepsister isn’t talking to her, and, to top it off, the boy she’s been in love with doesn’t want anything to do with her. She believes the turning point was a choice she made at graduation. When she wakes up the next day, she has been transported back three months to that moment, the one where everything started to fall apart.

Adrienne realizes she has been given a second chance—and this time she doesn’t want to mess anything up. Reliving the entire summer, though, turns out to be a lot harder than she thought. As the same days and weeks go by, she starts to see how simple decisions can make a huge impact on the world around her. Despite knowing some of what lies ahead, there are some things she didn’t anticipate. She thought she knew what mistake led her to where she ended up the first time. She was wrong.

And by the time summer is over, she discovers what was really at stake.

YA Bound Blog Tour, Review, & Giveaway: Crash Into You (Katie McGarry)

Crash into You (Pushing the Limits #3)
Release Date: 11/26/13
Publisher: Harlequin Teen
Hardcover/e-book
474 pages

From acclaimed author Katie McGarry comes an explosive new tale of a good girl with a reckless streak, a street-smart guy with nothing to lose, and a romance forged in the fast lane
The girl with straight As, designer clothes and the perfect life-that's who people expect Rachel Young to be. So the private-school junior keeps secrets from her wealthy parents and overbearing brothers...and she's just added two more to the list. One involves racing strangers down dark country roads in her Mustang GT. The other? Seventeen-year-old Isaiah Walker-a guy she has no business even talking to. But when the foster kid with the tattoos and intense gray eyes comes to her rescue, she can't get him out of her mind.
Isaiah has secrets, too. About where he lives, and how he really feels about Rachel. The last thing he needs is to get tangled up with a rich girl who wants to slum it on the south side for kicks-no matter how angelic she might look.
But when their shared love of street racing puts both their lives in jeopardy, they have six weeks to come up with a way out. Six weeks to discover just how far they'll go to save each other.

And now I love Isaiah and Rachel...Every book I have read I have fallen in love with the characters! They all have had to deal with such deep emotional trauma has children and teenagers. In this book the reader is brought into the life of Isaiah.

We meet Isaiah in the first book, Pushing the Limits. He becomes best friend with Noah when they are in the same foster home. Then we learned more about him in, Dare You To. I will admit I was so happy that the third book was going to be about Isaiah. I felt so bad for him after everything that happen with Beth in Dare You To.

I think Rachel is the perfect girl for him! How exciting was the drag racing and gambling?!!! That was a great story line! I really loved this book, just as much as the first two! I am already looking forward to falling in love with Rachel's brother West!
