I truly loved reading this inspirational book. From the first page I was inspired and just absolutely indulged myself in every word. Connie Sokol is so honest and touched on so many points that felt so familiar to me. It is nice to see that other women experience these times and emotions. One of my favorite parts of the book was an excerpt at the very beginning.

"Lately, I’ve been thinking about realities. Like the
reality that you have four pairs of fabulous jeans in the
closet but you can only fit into one. Or the reality that
you deeply love your children, and yet today you want to
physically rip out their vocal cords if they sass you one
more time. This is a complex issue—this living in two
different realities—the one reflects a woman who is the
best in us, and the other a woman who’s “working on it.”

Every aspect of this quote is so true. I love how she just tells the honest truth and doesnt back down. She writes in a way that makes you feel like you are not alone and that there is truth out there and you have to find yourself in the positive aspects of life.

Another great quote that I found as I was reading this incredibly moving book is this:

"Remember that the most joyful and beautiful
moments often come in the thick of stress. If we will
look for them, we will find them. Which is why living a
more beautiful life on a daily basis is more important
than waiting for that one special moment a year to
satisfy."

WOW. What an amazing statement and so true. Focus on the positive not the negative. There are so many great things that I could say about this book but you truly have to "experience " it for yourself. I promise you will not be disappointed. Connie writes about everything from life experiences, marriage, kids, stress, and anything else you can imagine! It is truly an amazing book!! There is a tour wide giveaway so make sure you enter for a chance at this awesome book!!!
